My Natural Health
My Natural Health is an NZ supplements and natural health brand, distributing effective, high-quality natural products to NZ, AU, and beyond.
Tayla had recently taken over the business that had been running since 2008. It positioned itself as a budget solution for natural health products, and had an outdated, custom website that was not user friendly for her and her team, or the customers purchasing products. She knew that there was huge potential for a glow-up and got in touch with yours truly.
The problem to solve:
While Tayla still wanted to offer affordable products to her loyal audience, this strategic model competed with many large brands, and we needed to find a new positioning and niche through brand strategy.
The solution:
The full-service project (Bloomin’ Branding + Web Legend + Sell Your Stuff add-on), we worked through her strategic foundations, including nailing down the target audience, gathering inspiration and analysing competitors to generate insights. After developing the brand identity, we got started on the website design directly within Shopify.
Applying branding to an existing premium Shopify theme is the most effective way for small businesses to get a professional website that’s easy to make changes to themselves. Once the design was signed off, it was time to sort and upload all 2000 products, and set up the international markets.

An organic, soothing brand and website to attract and connect with My Natural Health’s ideal audience and seamlessly convert them into paying customers.
