Branding & graphic design services

  • Branding is the process of creating a unique identity for your business, backed by strategy and research. Branding includes things like your brand messaging, tone of voice guides, and audience personas, as well as more concrete elements like your logo, colour palette, typography and visual elements.

  • Short answer, no. Long answer, I fully believe that a logo and brand should be designed from strategy and backed up with other brand elements. I stopped offering ‘just the logo’ design, as your business wouldn’t get a good return on investment. A strategic brand will allow you to build trust with your customers and develop an authentic, strategic brand. You can read more about why branding is your most important investment, here.

  • Branding is vital for a business because it helps to establish a unique identity and stand out from competitors. A strong brand can help to build trust and loyalty with customers, as well as increase brand recognition and awareness. On top of all that good stuff, a cohesive brand strategy can help to align business goals and create a clear vision for the future. You can read more about this in my blog post about it.

  • Of course, we can assess your existing branding and develop the strategy and extent of the refresh from there. I have 3 tiers of branding packages to choose from, all of which we can customise to your unique business. I would love to hear more about your vision, so please get in touch and we can have a chat!

  • Unfortunately, I do not offer social media management to clients as it’s not my area of expertise! I do offer social media content packs and templates, which you can then schedule and post to your channels as you wish.

  • I work with clients on retainer for a minimum of 10 hours per month, for 3 months. We could work on things like: social media carousel design; packaging design; advertising for printed materials like brochures and posters; and more. I also offer design days (I’ll need you online the whole day!) Get in touch to chat about retainer rates and design days.

Website design & development services

  • I recommend Rocketspark for New Zealand clients with service-based businesses or a small eCommerce store. I recommend Shopify to any other eComm businesses and SquareSpace for other service-based businesses. We’ll discuss which platform is right for your business growth.

  • Branding, including a logo suite, typography, and colour palette at minimum, high quality images/photos available, as well as the written content you would like on your website. We’ll work through the rest together!

  • I won’t write your copy for your website, but I can put you in touch with incredible copywriters. I do include keyword research, and will tweak your copy for SEO purposes for website projects.

  • Absolutely. Responsive design (meaning it can adapt to any screen size with ease) is a top priority for your website. I want your customers to have the best possible experience when interacting with your business.

  • Depending on your business requirements, I will recommend a timeline based on things like how many pages or how many products your site has. A standard timeline is 4-6 weeks for a service-based site or small eCommerce store.

  • Yes, all my websites are set up to SEO best practice. This includes mobile-friendly design, on-page SEO, keyword research, content tweaking for SEO, image compression, google analytics setup, and search console sitemap submission. I also offer SEO landing page packages to add on to your web project. Get in touch if you have any questions.

  • It’s best practice for clients to have their domain registered in their own name. I will connect your domain to your website and may require access codes to complete this necessary step, which we’ll do over the phone or video call. I can help you with the purchasing process and other fun technical things if you have booked your web project with me.

  • Yes, this is something I always encourage my clients to do upon completion of the project! My goal is to empower you to be confident with all areas of your business - including making website changes and updates yourself. Of course, I’ll always be there if you need a helping hand.

  • Great question - if you’re ready to learn about my pricing, you can download my price guide for more information and next steps for your project.
